(in) body | a somatic movement and intuitive practice

This month Kate is sharing her signature (in)BODY movement method with members! An active combination of breath, movement, and writing, prepare to sweat, connect, and channel through your physical body.

With intuitive movement, somatic practices, and an sequence of exercises that move the group from root to crown, this (in) BODY session will be unlike past workshops but bring intention and emotion to the surface. Movement has the power to heal and redirect stagnant energy, and this class will help unblock and release!

Wear comfortable clothes to move in and bring a yoga mat.

While it’s a workout, Kate lovingly prefers to call it a “work through.” All fitness levels and experiences are welcome.
