In this workshop, Emily will connect you to your life force, which regulates your entire nervous system, working with the breath to release what’s no longer serving you. Emily will guide us with breathwork and a mid-day reset to realign the body, mind, and spirit. allowing us to come back to what’s most important - YOU.


Emily Dewberry is the founder of The Embody Edit, a Dallas native, and uses breathwork, meditation, reiki healing, and tarot cards to help you become your most embodied version of yourself.
