(in)BODY is a body & spirit series welcoming (in) an experience that moves more than your body. Featuring a combination of modalities, including somatic movement, the written word, and sound, each class style is an invitation to let your body lead.

    A full-body & spirit class featuring movement, breath, written word, and sound. Kate guides, as the body leads. Prepare to sweat and equally feel. This class moves through pilates and yoga-inspired sequences, intuitive movement, cardio bursts, and somatic experiencing. The journey takes you from root to crown as you release and embrace the story held in your physical body.
